Cancelation policy

In case cancelled more than 30 days before the Conference start date, a full refund will be issued.
If cancelled 14 days before the Conference start date, a %50 refund will be issued.
If cancelled less than 14 days before the Conference start date, no refund will be issued.
Please note that refunds will only be processed once written notification of cancellation has been received.
